Appointment Scheduling
Relaxation At Hand massage therapy is scheduled by appointment only. Contact us anytime to discuss your needs with a licensed massage therapist and reserve your spot using Visa, Master Card, FHS (flex cards) or any major credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone, at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session. There is a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments without notification.
Late Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, Relaxation At Hand therapist will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
First Appointments
Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with your massage therapist regarding your condition. Contact our office for more information.
Massage Therapists
Please let us know if you would prefer a specific massage therapist that has been recommended to you or if you would prefer a male or female practitioner when you call to schedule an appointment.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to session. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
